As cloud content management systems become more main stream and accessible across the extended enterprise the amount of unstructured data is growing at an unprecedented rate. It is more important than ever to have the right governance strategy in place to ensure your organization remains compliant and your sensitive content is not slipping through the cracks. In this session you will learn what cloud content management is, how it can help you govern your content, and how organizations leverage it to transform their governance strategy as the tip of the spear to deploy cloud governance technology. Plus, you'll hear some case studies and best practices for building and executing a modern content management and information governance strategy.

About our Speakers:

John Frost, Senior Information Governance Specialist at Box

John has worked for more than twenty-five years in the field of records and information management and governance as a practitioner, consultant and respected advisor for Fortune 500 companies and government entities. Frost is a Certified Records Manager (CRM) and is globally recognized as an expert in content management, content analytics, information governance, and related technologies.

John has contributed widely to the field, and in September 2016, was inducted into the ARMA International. Company of Fellows as Fellow Number 52. John received this prestigious award for his dedication to the advancement and achievements in the information governance profession. He has contributed to the creation of ARMA's Records and Information Management Core Competencies and the Generally Accepted Recordkeeping Principles®, in addition to working with international governments regarding records and information management principles and best practices.

Josh Rosenberg, Information Governance Product Marketing at Box

Josh is the head of information governance product marketing for Box and an AIIM Certified Modern Records Management Specialist. In his role at Box he works closely with product management and customer success to help build and deploy Box's Governance offering. He also works closely with Box's customers to help them with their infogov strategies for managing unstructured content in the cloud. Prior to Box he worked in product marketing at Full Circle Insights and Zscaler and earned his MBA from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business.
